The rooms and studios of Kadaka HUB are different in size (12.5-32.8 m²) and ideal for both one as well as two people. You have everything you need in the fully furnished, stylish studios and rooms in the HUB. The layouts of our hostel rooms are ergonomic and user-friendly, the furniture is functional, and there’s free Wi-Fi in all the rooms. In the cozy, homelike room with a trendy design, there’s a private shower room and kitchenette, tables and chairs, wardrobe or coat-hooks, a comfortable sofa-bed or bed and closets with enough storage space. In addition, there are public laundry rooms on the floors equipped with washers and dryers. You can order additional amenities, like parking spaces, house cleaning, etc.

There’s a daycare in Kadaka HUB and a cozy resting area meant to be used and enjoyed by all the HUB customers. You can play carom and board games in the recreation room, hold important functions, organize fun events, or just relax with your nice house neighbors while watching Netflix. Behind the building, next to the beautiful limestone terrace, there’s a comfy, green resting area with picnic tables, where you can also stretch your body either by playing ping-pong or exercising in the outdoor gym.

Our service is fast and professional. You don’t have to worry about sending the meter readings, repairs, or maintenance! We’ll quickly solve all your worries and problems (should you even have them). The hostel team is made of people who have experience in building and managing real estate and customer service. You can easily order your additional services through our app, check your bills, and notify us of any possible issues.

The developer of Kadaka HUB is Fund Asset. Fund Asset is tightly connected to Fund Ehitus and has vast experience in commercial real estate development.

Select a suitable room on our website, read the terms of contract and rules of the house, submit your request by filling in a short customer form and we will contact you soon!

The information on the form is used to draw the contract. After receiving the contract for signing, you can sign it digitally and pay for accommodation based on the bill you were sent. In advance, you need to pay the agreement fee, the deposit in the amount of one month’s payment and the first month’s room charge along with the fixed rate of utilities. But if you’re good at planning and book a room at least 30 days in advance, you’ll only pay the agreement fee when signing the contract. You won’t have to pay the rest of in-advance charges until 2 weeks before your accommodation starts.

After paying the bill on time and the accommodation date has arrived, you’ll be sent a door code so you can move in with ease and worry-free.

You need to pay for the room, the fixed rate of utilities and for electricity and water based on the meter readings every month.
